A mature Orkney single malt distilled at Highland Park and bottled under the St Ola name. Finished in a Pedro Ximénez cask and bottled exclusively for The Whisky Barrel.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Honey, raisins, peat smoke and dark chocolate.
Palate: Rich PX sweetness, dried fruits, heather honey and warming spice.
Finish: Long, smoky and luxurious with lingering sherry richness.
Each 30ml sample is hand-filled from the original bottle and sealed with our signature gold wax top.
