A unique Lowland single malt engineered around the balance of sweetness and smoke. Produced by William Grant & Sons, Ailsa Bay combines precise peat levels with rich vanilla sweetness to create a truly distinctive whisky.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla fudge, honey, orchard fruits and gentle peat smoke.

Palate: Sweet malt, toffee, oak spice and balanced smoke.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sweetness and soft peat.
