Returns & Damaged Items

We want your experience with The Sample Guys to feel simple, fair and stress free. If something is not right, here is how our returns process works.

14 Day Returns Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Unused Condition Items must be returned unused and in suitable condition.
48 Hour Damage Reports Please report damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our Returns Policy

Simple returns, handled properly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

Goods must be returned unused and in the condition you received them. Return postage is at your cost. We cannot accept used products or items sent back in unsuitable condition.

How To Start A Return

Follow these three simple steps.

Email us with your details Please email us with your name and order number. We will contact you within 24 hours.

Wait for approval Once approved, send the goods back clearly stating your full name and order reference number.

Refund processed Once the goods have been received and checked, your refund will be processed.
If you received an incorrect order, damaged item or faulty product, please follow the same returns procedure above.

Returning Your Item Safely

Please package returns securely.

When returning items, we recommend keeping proof of posting and using a tracked service. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Items returned to us that arrive damaged, or are lost in transit, will not be credited.

Damaged Goods

Report damages within 48 hours.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be refunded, replaced, or added to your next order.

Please inform us of any damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required.

Please make sure all return parcels are packaged securely before sending them back to us.
