A beautifully balanced Orcadian single malt combining gentle peat smoke with rich sweetness and warming spice. Matured predominantly in sherry seasoned oak casks, it perfectly showcases Highland Park's distinctive island character.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Heather honey, orange peel, dried fruit and subtle peat smoke.

Palate: Sweet malt, fruitcake, cinnamon, nutmeg and aromatic smoke.

Finish: Long and balanced with lingering spice, honey and gentle peat.
