Delivery Information

At The Sample Guys we hand pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Please note delivery times are FROM DISPATCH, if you need something urgently i.e. in time for a birthday just pop us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UK (ALTHOUGH THIS MAY CHANGE IN FUTURE)

All orders are generally processed within 2-3 working days and dispatched that afternoon however during busy periods we ask you to allow 5-7 working days depending on our volume of orders. Although Royal Mail state 24/48hrs they advise 1-2 days for 24hrs and 2-3 days for 48hrs, please note that once the package is dispatched its in the care of Royal Mail.

Due to licensing laws ALL shipments must be sent age verified so please ensure an adult 18+ is available for the delivery.
