A mystery Orkney single malt bottled by Douglas Laing. Rich, coastal and subtly smoky, widely believed to originate from one of Orkney's most famous distilleries.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Heather honey, sea breeze, vanilla and gentle smoke.
Palate: Sweet malt, orchard fruits, black pepper and toasted oak.
Finish: Long, warming and coastal with lingering smoke.
