A cask strength Orkney single malt matured in a Pedro Ximénez cask and bottled exclusively for The Whisky Barrel's Apollo series.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Heather honey, raisins, orange peel and gentle smoke.
Palate: Rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, sweet spice and peat embers.
Finish: Long, warming and luxurious with lingering PX sweetness.
