An independently bottled island single malt from Orkney, selected by North Star Spirits. Rich, coastal and subtly smoky, it beautifully captures the distinctive character of Orkney whisky.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Heather honey, sea breeze, vanilla and gentle smoke.
Palate: Sweet malt, orchard fruits, pepper and coastal spice.
Finish: Long and balanced with lingering honey and smoke.
