Crafted using estate-grown barley and matured in a combination of carefully selected casks, this inaugural bottling offers exceptional balance and character.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Pears, orchard fruits, honey, malted biscuits and soft vanilla.

Palate: Golden syrup, ripe apples, toasted cereals, gentle spice and oak.

Finish: Medium-long and elegant with lingering malt sweetness, spice and toasted oak.
