An independently bottled single malt from the Caol Ila Distillery on Islay, matured in a single hogshead for 11 years. In 2021, the whisky was bottled exclusively for Nickolls & Perks by Thompson Bros.
Unmistakably Caol Ila, this whisky offers the most wonderful aromas of dunnage warehouse and smoky bacon, balanced with citrus. A savoury palate of citrus squeezed over smoky barbecued meats, followed by notes of sea breeze and lingering bonfire smoke.
